Version: (using KDE Devel) Installed from: Compiled sources Compiler: gcc 3.3.1 OS: Linux kppp closes immediately after pressing disconnect. I consider it as bug because pppd is still running and ISP is counting time up to end of pppd. Closing kppp and counting immediately after pressing Disconnect means each time up to 10 seconds is unaccounted - per month it can be up to 30 minutes unaccounted. kppp should wait with closing after pppd dies. Also it could solve problem when pppd hangs and user may not notice that (I lost few $ with this).
Works for me (current CVS-HEAD)
Sorry for not checking it 'hard'. It works in lite conditions where disconnections takes only 2-3 seconds. When system is busy closing pppd takes longer and this is not accounted.
