Description Blade R 2003-11-08 16:13:27 UTC
Version: (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
Compiler: gcc 3.2.2
OS: Linux

If the Konqueror Mainwindow is empty (no webpage loaded, or no directory list), the location->New Tab function doesn't work (is disabled) (also the shortcut doesn't work).
This should be enabled every time.
Because if the webside loads very slow, there is also no way to open a new tab.

simply open a new window. I think its a good idea to hide "new tab" button until no webpage is loaded.
Comment 2 Blade R 2003-11-08 16:30:09 UTC
thats not a solution. there are many people that dont like many windows. and it should be no problem to make tabs in empty windows. (i hope that its no problem)
