Description Otto Bruggeman 2003-11-07 21:31:36 UTC
Version:            (using KDE Devel)
Installed from:    Compiled sources
Compiler:          g++ 3.3.something the suse 8.2 one
OS:          Linux

When KMail is shut down by the session manager (just leave kmail open and log out) and afterwards restored by it whenr estarting kde it does not go to the right folder and message. I know about the folder to open when kmail is started option but this case is special.

I consider this a wish to open the last selected folder.

i still believe this is a bug, apps should restore themselves to the last state when shut down by the session manager unless there is a good reason (like the data is not available anymore and cannot be recreated/fetched again for whatever reason) but since i am not a kmail developer i will not argue about it and accept your verdict :) Oh and sorry about 67532, i tried refreshing the page when i heard that you had classified it as wishlist from till but konq posted the data for submitting the bug again, i forgot about that.

Thank you for your feature request. Kmail1 is currently unmaintained so we are closing all wishes. Please feel free to reopen a feature request for Kmail2 if it has not already been implemented.
Thank you for your understanding.

Instead of creating a new feature request, please confirm here if the wishlist is still valid for kmail2.
