Description Scott 2003-10-19 18:52:52 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.4)
Installed from: Gentoo Packages
Compiler: GCC 3.2.3
OS: Linux

Hi

It would be nice if you could configure KMail to expire entire threads that have been inactive for N days/weeks/whatever.

For example, say it is configured to delete a thread after 14 days of inactivity. If one of the posts is 2 days old but the thread was started 3 weeks ago, nothing inside the thread will be deleted.

This would be perfect for mailing lists like LKML where threads often get posts to them even though they have been dead for two or three weeks.

Thank you for your time
 - Scott
