Version: 1.5.1 (using KDE 3.1.1) Installed from: compiled sources Compiler: gcc version 3.3 OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.0-test2 There should be an option for kmail to display the timezone (or the difference from GMT) for each message instead of just changing it to local time. It is very usefull to know the local time of the person that sent you a message for a variety of reasons. * It is very common for people to have correct local time but incorrect timezone for their computers. * It is also very common for (windows) notebooks to travel around the world without changing their timezone but they may change their system time. * You can also find out the location of a person by looking at his timezone (which is required when you get mails from people around the world and you want to give priority to some messages just because someone just went to work and the other one is going to leave and if you don't sent him a reply realy fast then he will read it the next day) A better solution to this whould be if we could display custom headers for messages. Just adding the Date header whould solve this probliemm. Personaly I'd also like to see the X-Mailer and possibly some other headers for messages <<V13>>
