Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1.3) Installed from: Mandrake RPMs In detailed list view, when the icon size is set to normal, filenames should wrap around, i.e. be arranged in two rows, because there is enough space for it. When icons are large, there should be up to three rows. RATIONALE: file names are often very long, and this way you could see them fully, still keeping the other columns (size, type etc) visible. NOTE: It would be similar to windows xp tile mode, which is the default in windows and has no counterpart on kde.
> which is the default in windows and has no counterpart on kde. Sorry, I wasn't aware of the KDE multicolumn view. Anyway, my request stays the same.
On the icon view in KDE 4 the file name has wordwrap enabled. Anyway the list view doesn't have it. Do you still need it?
