Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
OS:          Linux

HTML pages are always just a little too large for 
the window they sit in.
This means you cannot easily read a page of text without
sliding the horizontal placement bar back and forth.
This is typically a problem when reading documentation and news sites.

Known problem with KDE 3.1.3. It has already been corrected and a 3.1.3a version fixing 
this bug will be released shortly.
