Would be nice to see compressed files in the left side of the tree view (between the folders) optionally; klicking on it will show the contents on the right side. I saw this first on power archiver extensions on w95 in 1999. Very useful and very easy to use.

local tar, compressed tar an zip files are now expandable in the sidebar as if they where directories. Will be in KDE 3.4
