Description tim 2003-06-12 10:35:24 UTC
Version: 3.1.1 (using KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: SuSE
Compiler: gcc version 3.3 20030226 (prerelease) (SuSE Linux)
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-4GB

When you move the mouse cursor over a link, its arrow is replaced by a pointing hand. If you then scroll (using down or up key) and the cursor leaves the link, it will not be changed back to the arrow until you move the mouse.

The same problem applies to hovering links, they will only be updated when the user moves the mouse but not when the cursor leaved the link because the link moved.

Highly related to #58869 and #17846 but seems slightly different?
