I delete messages from local maildir folders and they disappear from indexes but really are not cleared from folder files, even after packing. Possibly this bug appears with mail folders having > 1000 messages and with file size a few megabytes (up to 30 Mb). The size of folders permanently grows.

If I remove .* index files from ~/Mail diretory for specific folder (sometimes indexes become screwed) then deleted messages appeares again.
