Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from:    Debian testing/unstable Packages
OS:          Linux

While creating additional users on Knoppix 3.2 5/3/03 release featuring KDE 3.1.1, when I tried to make changes to user name, I am not able for example to correct name spelling, which happens often enough for new users and system admins, the KUser application crashes.  When I restart application, I realize no changes have been made since the last save, and of course, I am not able to delete user.  Since I cannot modify the user name, I tried to delete user and add new one all over again.  I tried both, selecting radio boxes to delete /home directory for user, and without selecting, but behavior is the same. KUser just crashes.

I have been logged in as root all along.  I would understand application crashing, if 
anyone except root was attempting to make changes.

using CVS this now works. hurrah for progress!
