I wish that if you receive an email with a header such as
 
  From: Real name <user@domain>
  Reply-To: user@domain

that KMail would reply to "Real name <user@domain>" (identical address) or add the real name to Reply-To: address if the Reply-To: address is contained in your addressbook.

In KDE 4.3 kmail does what you want.
