The Bug reported in 23377 is still there in konqueror 3.1.2.
Layers positioned with CSS (position:absolute;z-index ...), used e.g. for menus, always
are hidden under formular elements like input-fields or select-boxes and iframes.
For example try the url http://www.thekompany.com/support and open the menu
"ABOUT". The select-box "Support Versions" always stay on top.
