Description Adam Hunt 2003-05-23 06:42:17 UTC
Version: unknown (using KDE 3.1.9)
Compiler: gcc version 3.2.3
OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-ck6

Kpager has the ability to switch between virtual desktops by placing the pointer over an exposed section of the desktop and rolling the wheel. This feature is only useful if you can see the desktop (rare for me and many others). I would like to see the ability to configure arbitrary key and/or button combinations to switch between virtual desktops. For instance I would like to be able to hold down one of the mouse buttons (I have quite a few on my trackball) and then roll the wheel up or down to switch between desktops. Another option would be to assign one of the mouse buttons to move "up" in the vdesktop order and one to move "down". This could be extended so that I could do said action and the window that my pointer is currently over would follow me to the next desktop).

Confused? I would be more then happy to explain further if needed.
