A URL in the konsole should be displayed as a link like in a webbrowser. The url should be underlined when you move the mouse over the url and the webbrowser should be opened when you click on the url.

Have a look at gnome-terminal. It's very nice to be able to open a url with just clicking on it. Using klipper works too, but is less intuitiv and requires more action from the user.
