Description Peter Buckenleib 2003-04-02 22:44:12 UTC
Version: 1.1.5 (using KDE KDE 3.1.1)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs
Compiler: gcc3.2
OS: Linux

I have been using KMail happily for quite a time, and it has survived several KDE updates.

But now i wanted to crreate a new subfolder to an existing subfolder in my existing mail archive (local folders). There are already a lot of folders with sub-folders from a previous versions of KMail that are still usable.
The problem is, that only "Top Level" is the only place where new folders are created. Nothing else is contained in the dropdown-Menu. Even a completely new "top"-Folder can not contain sub-folders any more.
Trying to move a folder to a new destination by changing "belongs to" is not possible any more (top-level is the only choice).

So i tried to create a completely new mail-archive (by renaming the existing folder "Mail" and creating a new one). KMail did create the default folders as expected. Then i created a new folder on top level. ok. but when i wanted to create a sub-folder to this new folder the same thing happened again. top-level is the only place to create folders.

So what could i do to get this feature back again? did i miss to update some config-file?
