KDE 3.1.x has lost a very nice feature that existed before: tear-off menus. In 3.0 almost all menus had tear-off handles, in 3.1 there is almost none left. For the end-user, a lost feature is almost like a bug.

In Konqueror in particular, it was very handy to be able to tear-off some of the menus. Could you please restore the tear-off feature in Konqueror's menus?
