Description Travis Place 2003-03-26 01:20:13 UTC
Version: 3.1.0 (using KDE Devel)
Installed from: Compiled sources
OS: Linux

When im using fileManagement profile, id like the home button to go to $HOME, but when im in webBrowsing profile, id like the home button to take me to a set "home page", not $HOME.

This behavior is the same as many other browsers, including M$'s Internet Exploiter.\

I wish 2 icons : Home(file) and Home(web)

It should be possible to add a personal home icon in the menu bar and to custom it,
for example to access easily : ftp://mylogin@myprovider because the searching in
bookmarks is less easy .

I'd just like it to be that webbrowing and filemanagement profiles use the appropriate "home" from the one button ---- I have no desire at all to change from a webpage to my homedir in the same window.

Close enough. They also talk about adding the home page to the profile in this bug.
