Version: 3.1 (using KDE 3.1.0) Installed from: compiled sources Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18 By clicking on another day in the datepicker field, the type of view is automatically changed to a "1 day" view. Usually, I use a "3/5/7 day" standard view, and then automatic switching back to "1 day" is quite annoying. A single click (ie, not selecting several days; in that case korganizers behaviour is quite fine) to the datepicker field should not change the type of view of the application.
I agree. If I set it to show the 5 day work week I want it to continue showing the work week despite if I navigate by clicking on a date. Using this year as an example with work week view: Clicking on Aug 20 should show the week of Aug 18 - Aug 22. It's completely disorienting when your view switches back to single day when you try to navigate around.

i would like to use "what's new" as my default view #c1 > I agree. If I set it to show the 5 day work week I want it to continue > showing the work week despite if I navigate by clicking on a date. try to click on week number, it will sellect entire week but still better than only one day
Yes, this one of my most wanted features for korganizer. This would be really cool.
