hidde the popup list view with the same button. Tha actual bahaviour is re-popup the same list even it is showed. The unique thing to hidden it, it's click another place.

I haven't got a clue what you're talking about, sorry. Please resubmit if you can be clearer.

In the kicker, one click opens the kasbar. But a another click does nothing, 
because it tries to re-open it. If the kasbar is opened, a click on the button 
must hidde it. It's clearer ?(sorry for my english...)

This sounds like a problem with the appletproxy rather that kasbar tiself, reassigning and 
reopening.

applet proxy is no longer used
i can still confirm this bug exists (clicking on an open window group in kasbar hides then shows it again)

why was this marked as a wishlist item?
and assigned to appletproxy (other than as a guess)?

Kasbar is no more developed and it will not be ported on KDE4. Kasbar bugs are being closed as "UNMANTAINED".

For specific kasbar feature which doesn't exists in the new KDE4 please open a new wish for KDE4. :-)
