Version: (using KDE KDE 3.1) Installed from: Debian stable Packages OS: Linux I use the KOrganizer on an notebook (1024x768). The navigator costs too much space (for me). I have found no property to diable the navigator or customize the font or the size of the navigation buttons.
The KOrganizer window has a splitter that separates the date navigator from the time table view. You can drag (just click and move) that to the left side of the window, and the date navigator and the todo list will be hidden. Reinhold
No, that's not my point. It would be nice to customize the font size of the numbers, and text and (the _bigest_ wish!) the very big buttons for the navigation. Additionaly it would be nice, to show more than one calendar if the todo list is wider.
Making the font size of the date navigator customizable should be pretty straight forward.

I have a high dpi screen (129x126 dots per inch). By default all KDE fonts are massive. Looks ridiculous. (Surely it should be possible to automatically set the default depending on some screen parameters/dpi). Anyway this is easily changed from the control panel. However the fonts for the calendar on KOrganizer are not configurable, and it does not take on any default font sizes. On my computer my korganizer calendar looks quite silly..(See attachment) note the size of the text under the calendar. (which is my chosen size for kde)

Try this: create a file called ~/.Xresources Add a line that reads: Xft.dpi: 129 or whatever dpi you want to use. restart X
Reassigning all KOrganizer bug reports and wishes to the newly created korganizer-devel mailing list.
It is now possible to disable the date navigator (KDE 4.1). Changing the KDE fonts settings will also affect the Korganizer's ones. Note : reducing the date navigator's height will avoid wasting space on small displays. Closing this bug since the reported issues are now fixed.
