Installed from:    compiled sources
Compiler:          gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release)
OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.4.18

when the menu translucency is enabled, when u click on the desktop the menu that appears is translucent but if u do not close the menu and right click anywhere else on the desktop while the menu is showing the menu that pop up is not translucent

No, it's a DUPLICATE.
