It looks like it is the same thing as well as in bug #50841 which is resolved ?? 
 
What is the fix?

Strange enough, but I just did an apt-get for arts package and now everything is OK - 
the folders are opening without crashes. 
 
I'm just wondering how that this dependency/conflicting problem was not detected 
when 
I did an update.
