Version: 1.5 (using KDE 3.1.0) Installed from: SuSE Compiler: gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (SuSE) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.18-4GB I can set any font size that is greater than 10 and the message body text gets bigger, but I can't get it below the 10. If I set it to 8 it still keeps the size of 10, which is much to fat on my 1600x1200 ;-) The problem does not exist with the fixed size fonts, I currently use them, to get a small text in the message body. The problem occours with all truetype fonts. (I use normaly Arial) ps: a friend with Suse 8.1 and kde3.1 could also confirm that problem, so its not specific to my pc.
I have the same problem with SuSE 8.2 and KDE 3.1.1 (all patches from SuSE YOU applied). KMail is 1.5.1 The type of font changes when I set a new font, but the _size_ cannot be changed to a size smaller than 10 pt. If you press the "apply" button you can see that the message text get a refresh but the size is not changed to anything below 10 points. I thought that this might be connected to the mininum size set in the Konquerer, but with a minimum size of 7 points in the Konquerer this is out of question.

I have the same problem with KMail 1.5.3 and KDE 3.1.3 running on a SuSE 8.1 system (again, fully patched). Fiddling with the minimum font size in Konqueror has no effect. Also, turning off antialiasing has no effect. The bug seems to occur irrespective of the charset encoding of the message. However, in my case it appears that the minimum font size is 12pt, not 10pt.
known problem. Do something similiar to what I wrote in #50983 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 50983 ***
