Opening a new Tab using MMB takes a very long time if the site in question is slow to respond (take any site slashdotted for example). The problem w/ Konqueors current Tabs implementation is that users don't get any visual feedback which is a very bad thing, since any sane person will believe that clicking didn't work and just reclick or get frustrated.

The correct behaviour should be:

- On MMB open new tab immediately
- Show an Indicator to users that tab is busy loading
- If anything go wrong display an error message
