­ Entities are always displayed as an hyphen which is wrong according to HTML 4.01.

This bug still exists in khtml 3.1.0 on Mandrake Linux 9.1 RC3.....*please* fix.... andif 
bugs are marked as duplicates, it would be very handy to have a link to the "original" 
bug report on the page for the dupe....
