Striping in the corner of the panel

SUMMARY

At specific window scale, the panel seems to incorrectly round pixels, causing the panel background to have stripes of double pixels and no pixels

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Configure a Monitor 2560X1440 to 120% or 1920X1080 to 107% (106.667%) scaling
2. Set the panel to be floating

OBSERVED RESULT

Stripes within the Panel.

EXPECTED RESULT

Clean panel with all window scaling
