SUMMARY
When renaming a file in the projects panel, any open tabs for that file do not have their filename updated, leading Kate to think the file has been deleted. Deleting a file does not close the tab.

The expected behaviour occurs correctly in the tab context menu actions, just not in the context menu actions for the file in the projects panel.
