SUMMARY
Resize Item Start/End works well on it's own, but it doesn't automatically Ripple delete after performing the action. To do so, The Ripple Tool has to be selected.

However, when having 2 clips side by side, moving the playhead to the somewhere between the second clip, and performing the `Resize Item Start`, it cuts out more portion of the clip than it's supposed to.

An extra undo (`ctrl+z`) is required to make the cut accurate.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 clips side by side.
2. Move the playhead to the second clip.
3. Select the Ripple Tool.
4. Perform the Resize Item Start operation with `shift + (`

OBSERVED RESULT
- Cut point isn't accurate.
- An extra undo is required to make it accurate.

EXPECTED RESULT
Accurate cut point.
