Second, spaces between text and the corners are unproportional to spaces between a thumbnail and the corners. Looks like a test devmode design that hasn't been changed for the last 15 years.
This is a bug tracker, which means it's intended for reporting bugs. Design issues can also be reported, buy only if they're discrete and actionable. "the whole thing is bad, fix it" is not an actionable design issue or suggestion, it's an observation. The design here has some constraints that may not be obvious, like keeping a fixed popup size to avoid messing with people's muscle memory. If you think you can come up with a better design that doesn't regress anything, please feel free to!
