STEPS TO REPRODUCE

SUMMARY
"Add new..." button keep disabled after add or delete user

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Users tab
2. Add new a user
3. Delete created user

OBSERVED RESULT
"Add new..." button keep disabled after delete recent created user

EXPECTED RESULT
"Add new..." button must be active and working

Can confirm, after adding a new user the "Add new" button wont be set back to enabled.
