ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

When started in xterm i get thir error:
digikam: /usr/local/lib64/libtiff.so.6: version `LIBTIFF_4.7.1' not found (required by /lib64/libopencv_imgcodecs.so.413)

prompt>rpm -q libtiff6
libtiff6-4.7.1-4.1.x86_64

This is a package issue with your distribution and not a digiKam error. Report the problem to your distribution.

The latest Tumbleweed updates have not only broken digiKam, the desktop entry for Chromium is also broken, for example.

A compiled digiKam works without problems here with OpenCV-4.13.
