This is a package issue with your distribution and not a digiKam error. Report the problem to your distribution. The latest Tumbleweed updates have not only broken digiKam, the desktop entry for Chromium is also broken, for example. A compiled digiKam works without problems here with OpenCV-4.13. Maik
