SUMMARY
I'm migrating from openSUSE 15.3 to openSUSE 16 and the effect corner is not activated.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
 
1.-In openSUSE 15.3 its the activation relay to 0ms to activate fast, and no problem
2. 'openSUSE 16: When I put the same 0ms look to the menu bar, a blink and no activation of the effect

OBSERVED RESULT
1I set the value to 50 ms and it works, i use this setting for show gris and present all windows on the current desktop

EXPECTED RESULT
Works when Edge Barrier is NONE and activation relay is 50 ms and reactivation is 530 ms.
