STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Touchscreen KCM on a device without a touchscreen
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
empty KCM seen in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
hide the KCM when a touchscreen is not available
