STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Touchscreen KCM on a device without a touchscreen
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
empty KCM seen in the attached screenshot

EXPECTED RESULT
hide the KCM when a touchscreen is not available

Operating System: KDE neon Unstable Edition
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.80

There's supposed to be *something* there, it's not just because you device doesn't have a touchscreen. Can you run systemsettings from a terminal and paste the log here? I'd like to see if there are any relevant qml  errors

I get this output after going to Touchscreen KCM:

$ systemsettings

Even  after upgrading to Plasma 6.6, I was surprised to find that Touchscreen KCM is still visible in the settings contrary to what had been announced
