The Text element cannot be moved.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Text Element
2. Enter any text into it
3. Try to move the element by grabbing it with the left mouse button

OBSERVED RESULT
The text element remains in place

EXPECTED RESULT
The text element moves following the mouse pointer.
