Mouse control with game controller doesn't work while systemsettings is open

SUMMARY
The newly added Game Controller plugin is incompatible with current systemsettings as its game controller kcm grabs the controller focus even when such KCM is not open, making it impossible to use systemsettings with a game controller as mouse.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have gamecontrollerEnabled=true on kwinrc
2. Open systemsettings

OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse control with controller stops working

EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse control should work as usual even while systemsettings is open

Additionally, a way to exit the gamecontroller KCM with a controller should be provided. Long press start? Pressing the Home button 3 times?
