STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open task manager settings
2. while the task manager settings is open, open kickoff settings
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
as we can see in the attached screenshot, kickoff settings window is empty

EXPECTED RESULT
observed result should not occur
