The Rectangle element has an opaque background

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch the Spectacle app
2. Add a rectangle element to the screenshot

OBSERVED RESULT
An opaque rectangle element is created.

EXPECTED RESULT
A transparent rectangle should be created.
