I cant search, even with file name or types

SUMMARY
I am unable to search using dolphon on windows. Anything I type in any folder even as an admin is met with the invalid protocol filenamesearch. No other issues on the machine. This is a fresh installation. 

I am still able to view all files and folders anywhere on any of my drives, make and create and do everything else besides search. Thats the only thing I am not able to do. I never knew how much I needed the ability to search until it was taken away.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.  Download on Windows 11
2.  Click the search icon and type anything

OBSERVED RESULT
invalid protocol 'filenamesearch'

EXPECTED RESULT
The ability to search. This happens in system folders, folders I own, anything I type in the search is met with the invalid protocol filename search.

Windows: 11 pro
Software: dolphin-master-7111-windows-cl-msvc2022-x86_64

Fresh install with no other issues besides not being able to search
