SUMMARY rotoscope effect not working in kdenlive 25.12.2 STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Import clip to timeline 2. apply rotoscope effect 3. OBSERVED RESULT Trying to close rotoscoping border by right clicking doesn't close area, but does opens "Play, Go To" menu EXPECTED RESULT Trying to close rotoscoping area by right clicking should close area and mask outside area SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Kdenlive: 25.12.2 Kdenlive: 25.12.2 - rev. 7037428 MLT: 7.37.0 FFmpeg KDE Frameworks: 6.22.0 Qt: Using 6.10.1 and built against 6.10.1 AppImage Linux Mint 22.3 (Xcb) Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64 Kernel: linux 6.8.0-100-generic ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Rotoscope effect was working on Kdenlive: 25.12.1 Flatpak version. Rotoscope effect no longer works on Kdenlive 25.12.2 Appimage and Flatpak versions. I've resorted to using Kdenlive-25.12.0-B-x86_64 Appimage which I still have and the Rotoscoping effect works.
I can confirm this issue on 25.12.2 Flatpak on Pop!_OS. As a workaround use Enter to close the shape.

Tried to use Enter to close the shape, but all that does is open a popup menu that says “Play, Go To, etc.” and doesn’t close the shape, pressed escape and menu went away, tried again and menu popped up. Like the Enter command was connected to the Right click on the mouse. All was fine in version 25.12.1.
I can confirm this issue on 25.12.2 AppImage on GNU/Debian with Xorg. Right click opens the contextual menu, and using the Enter key does not work.
