SUMMARY After upgrading to the beta on windows 11, using a tablet connected with super display(basically making it a touchscreen monitor), I was not able to zoom/rotate/pan with touch after doing it once already. This is a weird behavior is was definitely not an issue before I upgraded. Also, afterwards I downgraded to 5.2.15 afterwards and confirmed this issue is not happening there. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Connect your tablet as a screen. 2. Open krita. 3. Try to rotate, pan, or zoom using your fingers. 4. Stop doing #3 and remove your hand entirely. 5. Try step #3 again. 6. If it is not working, then change tools and try step #3 again. OBSERVED RESULT On step #3 from above, it works as expected. You are able to successfully pan/zoom/rotate the canvas. After Step #4, you will notice you can no longer do so without changing the tool. EXPECTED RESULT Expected a fluid ability to pinch, drag, and zoom with touch while relying on my stylus to do all the drawing. SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 11 macOS: (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window) Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Plasma Version: KDE Frameworks Version: Qt Version: ADDITIONAL INFORMATION The tablet im using a picassotab xl and connecting to windows 11 using the app "super display" with a corded connection. I am not using wifi connection because of a lag. I am using "windows 8+ point input..." in the canvas settings. This is a very low priority bug for me, I just wanted to report it in case it was helpful. I find the app to be amazing and it does way more than I would ever need, but this makes the beta essentially useless to me since krita feels the best when I use my tablet on the windows version to allow me the power and cotnrol of windows with the free hand drawing of a tablet. Either way...I hope this is helpful beta info.
Yes, I can confirm the issue on my Windows device.
Hi, Aaron! Thank you for the report! That is definitely a very useful info for the beta! :)
