STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Drag a rubberband selection around.

OBSERVED RESULT
The rubberband selection lags behind the cursor, and so does its hitbox.

EXPECTED RESULT
The rubberband selection should have no delay.

Similarly, cannot reproduce.

Maybe there's a problem with laptops featuring both integrated and dedicated graphics cards?

I can reproduce it on master, but only if I move the mouse very fast, and only on video - it's fast enough to appear correct in the ui, but if I look at individual frames I can see it desyncing, as if the rubberband was one frame behind.
