This just appears to be a corrupted file. The bug would be if Krita created this corrupted file of its own volition, in which case, what did you do to make the problem happen? If it's just the drive failing or some other program causing it (OneDrive and third-party antivirus programs are prime candidates on Windows), there probably isn't much we can do about it in Krita.
