Issue in Plasma 6.5.5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Click on an app on the panel by their corner.

OBSERVED RESULT
A prohibited sprite appears for no reason.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should not be doing that.

I made sure the cursor was in the exact same place during the double click by having the mouse in the air.

The prohibited sprite also invalidates the click, which is very annoying because that's the corner you'll do most of the clicks since it eliminates the need for aiming at the app.
