Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download and install org.kde.falkon.flatpakref from the nightly repository:
   https://origin.cdn.kde.org/flatpak/falkon-nightly/
2. Launch Falkon

Result:
Falkon takes significantly longer to start and becomes unresponsive
("Page not responding" on the start page).

System Information:
OS: KDE neon User Edition x86_64
Qt: 6.10.1
KDE Framework: 6.22.0
Host: KVM/QEMU Standard PC
Kernel: Linux 6.17.0-14-generic DE:
Plasma 6.5.5 Wayland
CPU: 8 x AMD Ryzen 7 7730U (8) @ 2GHz
GPU: RedHat Virtio 1.0 GPU
Memory: 7.66GiB
Swap: 8.80 66GiB

Additional Tests:
- Falkon Flatpak stable (v25.12.2):
  Starts faster, but still becomes unresponsive.
- Falkon Snap (v25.08.0):
  Starts and works normally.

Note:
This issue happens inside a KVM/QEMU virtual machine.
