SUMMARY
Unable to move items.
to trash or to move items from one album to another.
i can delete via windows explorer
I can move items from folder to folder then album updates.

If the album or its images are open in other programs on Windows, this folder is locked and cannot be moved. This is normal behavior and we have no way to remove this folder/file lock. The album folder must not be part of a Windows network share.
