The window is also cut in a very weird way, and when let go it goes back to normal

SUMMARY
Holding a window while using wobbly windows + accent color from wallpaper makes them stay in the animation unless let go of

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable wobbly windows
2. Enable accent color from wallpaper
3. Change the wallpaper and grab a window and move it, the window should get stuck in the animation

OBSERVED RESULT
Grabbed window hangs in the wobbly animation

EXPECTED RESULT
The window shouldn't hang in the animation and should just either reset to the default state or go with the animation without getting stuck in it
