SUMMARY
KDEConnect No longer shows conversation listings nor shows incoming text message notifications after a recent system update. All plugins are checked and phone app permissions to access contacts and send and receive sms messages have been given. The device still stays connected but no longer shows any sms chat conversations. This stopped working on a Galaxy S10+ The device name also doesn't appear. KDESMS shows "No conversations".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install an update on Fedora 43.
2. Clear cache on KDEConnect Phone app.
3. Make sure to have a samsung galaxy s10+

OBSERVED RESULT
Clearing the cache and repairing devices worked. but then after an update the phone's SMS connectivity stopped working.

EXPECTED RESULT

macOS:
(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I suspect either an update to both the KDEConnect phone app and KDEConnect app on the Desktop caused an issue somewhere reading encrypted messages. the two sms apps that are on the samsung phone that i tested with are Google Messages and the default samsung messsages app. Neither chat logs are detected by KDEConnect. This stopped working recently and all I can say is that the only step that I remember causing things to break is a recent update. I even tried downgrading the phone app to version from 1.35.1 to below 1.32.11 and still no luck.
