SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add "Bijeljina" (Republika Srpska, Bosnia And Herzegovina) as location
2. There is only one provider, wetter.com, choose that

OBSERVED RESULT
Applet only shows icon of weather condition, not the temperature.
Expanding the applet windows, it shows only expected temperatures for 3 days, not the current one.
Tooltip shows only my city name.

EXPECTED RESULT
Applet should display current temperature and weather condition in panel and on expanding the window.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma:
KDE Plasma Version: 6.5.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.22.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2

This happens because you're using a weather station from wetter.com, which unfortunately does not support showing the current temperature. That's why using this provider is discouraged, and only shown in case there are no alternatives. Unfortunately, there isn't anything KDE can do.
