SUMMARY
The scrolling function of Okular seems to be jammed after the zoom function in PDF is used, when we go back to fit and use the scrolling.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Browsing a heavy PDF
2. zoom to look at a small picture and zoom back to fit
3. The PDF is locked in place, impossible to scroll.

OBSERVED RESULT
Disable scrolling after using zoom.

EXPECTED RESULT
Allow scrolling after using zoom.
